At Charlie’s Auto, we strive for a high standard of excellence. Our goal is to take care of the customer by giving them the best care possible at a competitive price.

The shops have been recognized locally for over nine (9) years as “Best of the Best” and regionally by ACDelco for the last 6 years. In June of 2013 we were awarded for Outstanding Performance in the North Central Region (consisting of North and South Dakota, Minnesota, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa).

Our certifications include ASE – Automotive Service Excellence, ACDelco Professional Service Center, Pronto, and IATN – International Automotive Technician Network. Charlie has also assisted NIACC in achieving their National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF) certification by evaluating their curriculum and equipment to receive additional funding to educate their students to a higher level of education.
